What to Expect

During the free initial telephone consultation, we will discuss your needs and how I can be of assistance. While you won’t need your complete records for this, it is helpful to have a general idea of your assets and liabilities in addition to basic personal information, your goals for planning, etc. The initial consultation usually lasts between 15 and 30 minutes. At the end of the free initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to engage my firm. If you choose to do so, we’ll send you a few follow-up documents including (1) questionnaire(s) to gather additional information and (2) a Client Fee Agreement specifying the terms of our engagement, including what work will be — and won’t be — performed by us, your responsibilities as a client, and the payment particulars. Even if you choose not to engage us, all information provided during the course of the initial consultation is protected by attorney-client privilege. Contact us today to schedule a free initial consultation.
